Stoneham Mountain Resort is located in Quebec only a half-hour drive from one of Canada’s largest and most beloved cities, Quebec City! The resort is one of the most visited and busiest resorts in the area and consists primarily of black diamond slopes and some green and blue slopes – You get the ideal combination of mixing work and play as an instructor in Stoneham! Stoneham is a particular favourite for freestyle and boarders, with Quebec’s only Olympic half pipe and an intro park for beginners.
Stoneham has a friendly team of 150 instructors of all ages. It’s a team of dynamic and available supervisors to guide you and help you in your work. The ski instructor course is in English while giving you opportunities to develop some French language along the way. The resort is located in a French-speaking region, which means that most locals will speak French as their mother tongue. You will be a part of a welcoming team that shares the same passion as you! If you wish to learn/improve French before the season, we have a tailormade French course to help you integrate perfectly into this fantastic region.
It’s a unique atmosphere at Stonehams skischool where all the experienced instructors are available to share their passion for skiing with you. During your season you will also, as a part of the snow school team, be able to enjoy activities such as technique training, training to departments such as lift operations, ski patrol, etc..
