Café Manager

at Refshaleøen, Copenhagen. Full-time position.

Back in 2021 we started a café in the Snowminds House, a 440m2 building centrally located on Refshaleøen. We are looking for a person that can start asap and dream of developing and managing an environmentally-friendly café concept in one of Copenhagen’s absolute hot spots!

You will:

• Develop and manage your own café concept 
• Create and negotiate agreements with partners 
• Manage the daily operation and bring the service level to highest point
• Plan and deliver events in the cafe and connected event space
• Give the café a soul with the right products, decoration and people 
• Work with the rest of the Snowminds team on other exciting projects

You have:

• Experience as a café manager or similar industry experience
• An eye and passion for quality and personal service at highest level 
• An interest in local and environmental-friendly such as wine, beers, coffee and more
• A winning personality with a can-do attitude
• Experience with event management and ideally other hidden talents
• The recipe for the best coffee in town!

Who we are

Snowminds is a global travel oriented organisation founded in 2012 with an ambition to help people become ski- and snowboard instructors around the world. Since then we have helped more than 3500+ people become trained and certified Snowminds instructors. As such we are one of the fastest growing skiing-orientated travel businesses in the world. Our business has expanded from ski- and snowboard instructor training programs to offering ski travel bookings, language courses, ski trips & camps, a clothing brand and now a cafe! 

We are a very international team, with employees from The Netherlands, England, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The office is based in Copenhagen at Refshaleøen.
