About the position

We are looking for a ski school manager who together with Snowminds can create the Snowminds ski school and set the standard for the guests teaching experience at the absolute max.

Your primary responsibility will be the ultimate priority in the Snowminds concern: To create a unique experience for all of the guests that visit the Snowminds ski school at Copenhill. You will get the responsibility for running the project and work with everything from concept and product development, partner management sales, marketing, recruitment and management of our ski and snowboard instructors. Like every new adventure, we in the Snowminds team are open for new ways of thinking, new ideas and a theoretic as well as a creative way of solving problems. The entire Snowminds team will have your back and we need you to help us think innovative and make this amazing project a success.

The job as a Ski School Manager:

As ski school manager you be responsible for running the Snowminds ski school on CopenHill. The responsibility and tasks includes:

• To run and manage the development of the Snowminds Ski School project on Copenhill.
• Be in charge of concept and product development for kids, teens and adults as well as privates, groups, business, skoles and others.
• Handle all Marketing, Communication and Sales activities with support from the Snowminds Marketing Team.
• Represent Snowminds in the daily contact with the Copenhill board as well as our other partners like ski accosiations and sponsors.
• Recruit, train and manage our team of instructors to always deliver the best possible service.
• Develop work schedules, manuals and training schedules.
• Coordinate and plan camps and events on Copenhill

Your qualifications:

In the role as a ski school manager, you will receive a serious responsibility on the project, general and leader management level. We expect you to be self-driven and capable of handling core tasks. Our mantra is “Whatever it takes” and we hope that it is a mindset that will inspire you and that you will use from your first day on the job.

More specific we expect your competencies to include:

• “Big Heart & Big Talents” and have a deep passion for working with people and skiing.
• A winning personality with an urge to become part of a young, hardworking and innovative team.
• Certified ski instructor with wide experience, ideally as a ski school manager or supervisor
• Self-driven with experience in project management and creating new concepts and projects. (For example from a start-up business)
• Outstanding people skills and a humble, respectful and professional image.
• Fluent in Danish and English and possess extraordinary communicative abilities both written and verbally.
• An Innovative and structured mindset.
• Good with sales and marketing, preferably with competences within SoMe, PR, email marketing and others.
• Leader and recruitment experience with a deep passion to motivate employees to deliver on the highest level.
• Ideally, you have a bachelor in sales, marketing, HR or similar. This is however not a demand.
• You can work independently and never go compromise with the quality of your work.
• You love to create and harvest the recognition for your own hard work.
