Brand & Community Manager

Copenhagen, Denmark. Full-time position

We are excited to announce the search for a Brand & Community Manager who can join our Snowminds Team in our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Founded in 2012, and backed by Rökö since 2023, Snowminds is the world’s leading ski instructor training company. You will join an international team of passionate employees who all share a deep passion for skiing and people. As our new Brand & Community Manager, you will play a central role in strengthening the Snowminds brand, growing our community, and bringing our marketing to life across channels and touchpoints.

 

You will

  • Drive and develop Snowminds’ organic marketing presence across relevant social media channels
  • Be responsible for community engagement and help strengthen the dialogue with our audience across platforms
  • Plan and coordinate Snowminds’ participation in fairs, recruitment events, and other brand activation activities
  • Coordinate ambassador & content collaborations
  • Own the day-to-day maintenance and updating of content on Snowminds’ website
  • Develop and implement campaign pages, content updates, and ongoing improvements within agreed templates and frameworks
  • Contribute content, copy, and creative input for email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows in collaboration with the Digital Growth Manager
  • Help ensure strong and consistent brand execution across content, social media, website, events, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate the production of graphic assets and content in collaboration with internal and external resources
  • Work closely with the Digital Growth Manager and Head of Marketing & Technology to ensure alignment across campaigns and channels
  • Support the ongoing optimisation of Snowminds’ organic visibility through SEO content improvements, keyword-focused content updates, and collaboration on technical SEO initiatives

 

You have

  • A strong background in brand marketing, social media, content, community, or related disciplines
  • Experience planning and executing organic content across relevant social media platforms
  • A good eye for brand consistency, storytelling, and engaging communication
  • Experience coordinating events, ambassadors, collaborations, or community-driven initiatives
  • Experience updating website content and implementing campaign pages in CMS platforms
  • The ability to balance creativity with structure and execution
  • A passion for skiing with an ambition to “Carve your future” career with Snowminds
  • Relevant educational background and exceptional English proficiency. Being fluent in Danish and/or other languages is certainly an advantage.
