Snowminds is a growing and market-leading company that helps young people realize their dream of spending a full season in the snow as a ski or snowboard instructor. Since 2012, we have helped more than 7,000 instructors travel to Austria, Australia, Canada, Japan, Norway, New Zealand, Switzerland, and Lesotho, Africa.
We recruit and train future instructors in collaboration with a number of partner ski schools around the world, and we constantly strive to develop and improve our concepts, processes, and setup.

We are looking for interns within three areas: Operations & Events, Marketing & Communications, and Accounting & Tech.
As an intern in Operations & Events, you will become part of the team that ensures our instructors get the best possible start to their journey. From the first contact until they are ready at their destination, we make sure that all practical and administrative details are in place.
You will take on a central role in the daily work, handling tasks ranging from follow-ups and booking flights to coordinating housing and issuing certificates. At the same time, you will be involved in planning and executing some of our biggest events – including Kick Off, Team Leader Academy and Reunion.
The internship gives you the opportunity to work with coordination, project work and event planning in an international and dynamic company. You will gain responsibility, insight into many parts of the organization and valuable experience you can bring with you in the future.
Get the opportunity to turn your ideas into reality and help inspire the next generation of ski and snowboard instructors. At Snowminds, you will become part of the team behind our digital universe and brand, where you will have both responsibility and creative freedom.
Your tasks may include producing content for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, working with our social media channels, editing photo and video, developing graphic material for digital and physical marketing, writing newsletters and blog posts, and updating and optimizing our website. You will also work with communication across our channels as well as campaign analysis and optimization.
Working in Accounting & Tech gives you insight into the financial operations of a company. In Accounting & Tech, we focus on creating structure, transparency and user-friendly systems that support the entire organization. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with both financial processes and the development of technical solutions.
Tasks may include bookkeeping and handling documentation, budget follow-ups, accounts payable and receivable management, and financial reporting. You may also work with our booking platform and website setups, development and optimization of the login system and personal instructor profiles, development of new user-friendly setups and systems, automation and optimization of internal processes, as well as data management and analysis.
Summary: The tasks are based on the daily operations of the company. These tasks must be completed every day in order for the company to run smoothly. In addition, there are tasks with a more long-term focus, such as optimizing and developing systems and processes.
Together, we match your tasks with your studies and interests. You will work both independently and in teams, and we expect you to take responsibility and drive tasks forward. You will have the opportunity to work with new concepts and solutions, take part in project management, contribute to the development of Snowminds’ future setup, collaborate across departments and turn your creativity and passion into concrete results.
