Snowminds is a growing start-up that helps young people realize their dreams of spending an entire season in the snow as a ski instructor. We recruit future instructors for a selected group of ski schools and have a lot of fun along the way. Since 2012 we employed and recruited more than 4500 ski instructors to Austria, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and Lesotho, Africa. Yes, that’s right Africa! We do some cool stuff and we need your help with all of our upcoming projects!

As our intern, you will become an important member of our core team of 20 dedicated and deeply passionate employees. Working with our founders and other employees, whom have strong experience in marketing and communication, you will quickly develop a level of expertise in the area. Furthermore, we do expect that you have the ability to work independently on various projects. We offer an attractive working environment, alongside a young, innovative and fast-paced team. The job as Intern:

We will together match the right working tasks, so it relates to your study program. The tasks could as examples include:

• Work with new concepts and communication solutions
• Develop and implement marketing concepts together with the marketing manager
• Work with our social media channels on Facebook, Instagram etc.
• Project management depending on which projects we are running at that time
• Communications through our different portals
• Be a part of the recruiting process for the candidates
• Optimising our different platforms
• Work with different types of set ups for our booking platforms and home pages
• Build up a log in system / personal profile for all our instructors
• Be a part of developing a new home page with a new booking system and new set up which is more user friendly
• Everything else that your creativity and passion can lead to!

Qualifications:

You will be given a great amount of responsibility and expected to manage core tasks on your own. Tasks will be completed in both teams and individually, but having an entrepreneurial mind-set that flourishes when faced with new challenges is critical to accomplishing any task!

More specific qualifications include:

• A winning personality and motivation for being a part of a young and energetic team
• A relevant academic background

Practicalities:

We are mostly looking for interns on a voluntary full-time basis in longer and shorter periods.  For the right candidates, we are flexible in terms of starting date, workplace and working hours.
