Customer Experience Manager

Who we are

Since 2012, we have helped over 6000+ people have become trained and certified Snowminds instructors. Our business has expanded from ski- and snowboard instructor training programs to offering ski travel bookings, language courses, ski trips, camps, a clothing brand and more. 

We are an international team, with employees from 5+ nationalities, with offices in Copenhagen, Denmark and Den Bosch, The Netherlands. Now, we are excited to welcome a new Customer Experience Manager to our passionate team.



The job as Customer Experience Manager

It is essential that you have a passion for skiing, travel and for providing others with the highest level of customer care and unforgettable experiences. Expect to learn fast, work passionately and share good vibes.

More precisely you will:

  • Communicate with candidates verbally and in writing to provide the best possible service
  • Conduct ski instructor interviews and guide our candidates to the best fitting experience
  • Give presentations at various events, such as our annual kick-off event, info meetings and career fairs.
  • Work with our Marketing Manager to promote a variety of ski instructor courses and job opportunities for our International customers
  • Writing English and German content for snowminds.com etc. 

We look for

  • A winning personality with a desire to join a young and energetic team
  • A strong drive to build and develop the International and German market
  • A team player driven by shared success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and ideally German
  • Experience as a ski instructor, ideally in multiple countries such as Canada and Japan
