We are excited to announce the search for a Customer Experience Manager who can join our Snowminds Team in Denmark.
Founded in 2012, and backed by Rökö since 2023, Snowminds is the world’s leading ski instructor training company. You will join an international team of passionate employees who all share a deep passion for skiing and people. As our new Customer Experience Manager, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer care and unforgettable experiences to our candidates and customers.
You will
- Communicate with candidates and customers verbally and in writing to provide the highest level of service and support
- Conduct ski instructor interviews and guide candidates towards the most suitable Snowminds experience
- Help create a smooth, professional, and inspiring customer journey from first contact to departure
- Present Snowminds at events such as kick-off events, info meetings, and career fairs
- Work closely with our Market Managers and Head of Customer Experience to promote ski instructor courses and job opportunities for English- and German-speaking customers
- Write and adapt English (and preferably German) content for snowminds.com and other customer-facing platforms
- Support the ongoing development of our customer communication and experience across channels and touchpoints
You have
- A winning personality and a desire to join a young, energetic, and international team
- A strong drive to help build and develop the English and German market
- A service-minded and structured approach with a passion for customer experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish, English and preferably German
- Experience as a ski instructor, ideally from multiple countries such as Canada and Japan
- The ability to create trust, energy, and excitement in dialogue with candidates and customers
