Café employee at Toll Havs, Full-time or Part-time

We are located in the Snowminds House, a 440m2 building centrally on Refshaleøen. We are looking for people that can start asap and dream of creating, developing, and managing a cool, fun, and friendly café/kiosk in one of Copenhagen’s absolute hot spots!

You will:

• Serve customers with a smile and provide excellent service
• Take orders and operate the payment system
• Prepare and serve beverages and light meals
• Ensure the café always looks clean and inviting
• Restock products, beverages, and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and service areas
• Receive and check deliveries
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations (self-monitoring, cleaning, food safety)
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a great guest experience
• Support the rest of the Snowminds Team as needed in terms of events etc.

You have:

• Experience as a café employee or similar industry experience
• An eye and passion for quality and personal service at highest level 
• An interest in local and environmental-friendly such as wine, beers, coffee and more
• A winning personality with a can-do attitude
• Experience with event management and ideally other hidden talents
• The recipe for the best coffee in town!
