After obtaining your Level 1 certification, your Canadian adventure truly begins. You’ll start working as a paid snowboard instructor at your assigned resort in Canada. For those wishing to take their riding to the next level, we provide additional courses throughout the winter season. During the instructor course you will be training during the day and in the evenings you will have plenty of time for other fun activities such as snow shoeing, cross country skiing, tubing or movie nights with your fellow Snowminders. You will get an introduction to the Canadian culture, the way people live, and how they spend their holidays. Canadians are known worldwide as super friendly people and your ski school colleagues will most likely be no different. Canadians have a heart that bleeds for snow, speed and ice hockey. Throughout your season Snowminds you will have the opportunity to experience a variety of cultural and sport events. Plus, visit nearby resorts, where your fellow Snowminders live and work.
