EDUCATION

THE INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED AUSTRIAN LANDES 2 SKI INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

To ensure that all our instructors receive the highest quality training, we cooperate with the Salzburger Berufskilehrer & Snowboardlehrer Verband (SBSSV). One of the most recognized ski instructor associations in the world!

The Landeslehrer title with the SBSSV consists of 3 parts, of which this Snowminds course prepares you for and includes the 2nd part called “Landeslehrer 1”. The course will build on your Landes 1 and Anwärter with and primarily focus on more performance based skiing such as moguls, powder and short, as well as long turns on the piste.

After the Landes 1 course, you have the option to take both the Alpine course and Landeslehrer 2. The Alpine course prepares you for the fun, but also dangerous, of off-piste skiing. Passing the Landes 2 exam leaves you with an instructor certificate in hand, allowing you to teach intermediates to experts and also take guests off-piste. Whether you pass the course or not, you will notice a marked improvement in your skiing!

The Austrian ski instructor association is one of the most recognized and your ski instructor certificate will not only look great on your CV, but will also be able to be used afterwards at Snowminds’ other destinations around the world.
