Consequently, your employment relationship is direct with the ski school, and we can’t guarantee specific conditions such as a minimum number of work hours. However, should you have any queries or concerns, we are always available to provide assistance.
As a qualified instructor, you bring previous teaching experience and a stronger professional foundation than an entry-level instructor. However, the amount and type of work you receive can still vary depending on your qualifications, language skills, availability, guest demand, and the ski school’s needs during the season.
The salary expectations for Andorra are 19-22 euros per hour, depending on experience level and certification.
WORKING HOURS
As a qualified instructor, you may have more experience than newly certified instructors, but work allocation is still managed by the ski school. More experienced instructors, local staff, and returning instructors may receive priority for certain lessons, while available hours can vary throughout the season.
