Are you in the situation, where you would like to secure a season for the upcoming winter, but you don’t know if you are too late? Your friends already planned their trips around the world or started at uni… Don’t worry! We still have spots available, but not that many.
Below is a list of the different destinations that still are available for the 19/20 season.
The deadline for applications is the 7th of October though!
If you want to get to Canada you have two options.
The first one is to get one of the working visa’s and if you’re one of the lucky ones, we still have room on our ski schools in Canada and all you need to do is send an application here. If you didn’t get a visa, don’t give up! We made a course specifically for you so that you have the opportunity to experience this amazing country for a minimum of 11 weeks.
Through close collaboration with the Canadian Ski Teachers Federation and Sun Peaks Resort in Canada, you have the opportunity to become a Level 1 and Level 2 Ski Instructor during the season. During the 11 weeks, you will receive 4-5 days of training each week, which focuses on developing your technique on the slopes and in the off-piste. The course is for both snowboarding and skiing. Read more about the course here.
In Japan, we have a few spots left.
At the same time, there is not a long time before departure and before then, you must have a work visa, which can take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks to obtain. In addition, the ski school would like to have a conversation with you before arriving. Therefore, you need to submit an application as soon as possible so that we can help you with the visa process and finding a place.
Apply here for a season in Japan. The courses we offer are internationally recognized, so you also have plenty of opportunities to work elsewhere in the world after your season in Japan! You can read all about the education in Japan and the experience as an instructor in Japan here.
Before going to Austria on a season as an instructor, you must go through one of our many courses at Snowminds in either November or January.
You can find all information about all our Snowminds courses in Austria here.
The class and course are in German, but there’s nothing to fear. We help you throughout the program with the language.
If you want a full season from November, we have the deadline for applications on October 7th.
