The destination

Gerlos, located in the Zillertal, is perhaps the most famous ski resort in Austria. You can easily ski from Gerlos to Zell am Ziller and Königsleiten, three areas that are found together with 51 modern lifts. The highest point is no less than 2500 meters, so snow reliability is also good. As a ski instructor in Gerlos you can, therefore, expect to work in a large, pleasant area, where the season usually lasts long!

Gerlos is the highest village in the Zillertal and lies at a whopping 1247 meters. Surrounded by Zell am Ziller, the famous Hintertux glacier and Mayrhofen, it is a true winter sports hotspot. As a ski or snowboard teacher in Gerlos, a ton of activities are available within reach. Experience the 7 km long toboggan run, an alpine roller coaster, flying fox zip line, cross-country skiing, paragliding and skiing, just to name a few. The apres-ski in Gerlos is also legendary, by the way!
