About Hochzeiger

Hochzeiger – an idyllic ski resort nestled in the heart of the Austrian Alps! Situated near the town of Jerzens, Hochzeiger offers a perfect blend of breathtaking scenery and thrilling skiing opportunities. With a network of 9 modern lifts, including chairlifts and gondolas, visitors are whisked up to the resort’s highest point at 2450 meters above sea level. From there, skiers and snowboarders can enjoy exploring a variety of slopes covering approximately 54 kilometers of terrain. Hochzeiger caters to skiers and snowboarders of all levels, with a good mix of blue, red, and black runs. Beginners can hone their skills on gentle slopes while more advanced riders can tackle challenging descents and off-piste areas.

The ski school leaders managers are known to be tough for the first week or two, as a way to instill discipline and get the respect of the newcomers. But do not be fooled. Behind this front are some incredibly sweet people that show their softer side as soon as the season begins. It’s a tight-knit community and you’ll get the chance to become a part of it.
