For decades, helicopter and cat skiers from around the world have flocked to Revelstoke, BC, attracted by its perfect powder, varied alpine terrain and quaint mountain community. Since 2007, Revelstoke has offered the most vertical terrain in North America at 1,713 metres (5,620 ft) of lift-accessed area, 3,121 acres of fall line skiing, 4¬†high alpine bowls, and 69¬†named runs and areas, including legendary glades and phenomenal groomers. Skiers and snowboarders visiting Revelstoke can access¬†a total of 515,000 acres of terrain, including our Cat Ski terrain, guided backcountry touring,¬†and¬†Selkirk Tangiers Heli Ski. In addition, the¬†Resort also offers more than 20 lifts and over 100 ski and snowboard runs and areas. With¬†3,121 acres of fall line skiing, high alpine bowls, renowned gladed terrain and endless groomers,¬†there’s always something new to explore.¬†



The Ski School


As an instructor at Revelstoke, you will teach a vast number of visitors from all over the world. With a location deep inside the Revelstoke national park and Canadian wilderness, it’s truly a hard-core mountain ski school.¬†As a locally-focused resort, the ski school is definitely cosy and offers you the chance to really become part of a tight-knit community. You will also be surrounded¬†by super talented skiers in a highly challenging ski terrain environment¬†– a combination that will almost definitely offer you the opportunity for significant improvement in your ski skills and confidence with vertical terrain. Located within a national park, Revelstoke offers you the chance to experience true mountain life and culture in British Columbia. As a ski instructor in Revelstoke, you will have access to a surprisingly good number of restaurants serving international cuisine, along with many cozy cafes and bars. In your free time, there are so many cool opportunities at your fingertips, including¬†world-class snowmobile trails blanketed with an average snowfall of 15 meters per year, 25+ km of groomed Nordic trails, easy access to the best backcountry touring experience on earth, and more helicopter and cat ski/snowboard operations than people (okay, well not quite). ūüėČ
